Supernatural Secrets of Southeast CT Experience: This dynamic and spooktacular interactive tour experience will take you across our Southeastern CT community known regionally as Mystic Country with stops in Groton, Stonington, Noank & Mystic and within an exceptional haunted mansion as we allow you to travel through time and meet the spirits of the shoreline’s colorful past.
Throughout our adventure we will learn of the founding of this region including the 17th century clashes between natives and Puritans through to the American Revolution of the 18th century. We will venture further into the seafaring and ship captain history of the 19th century where there is no shortage of conflict, legends and lore. We also will bring guests into the turn of the century and modern age as we traverse through the lives of famous 20th century figures such as Humphrey Bogart and Amelia Earhart during their time here. Our three-hour tour experience will be on van/bus and conclude with Haley Mansion. Our three hours together will be spent fully exploring the supernatural side of the region. Together we will venture around the region to see the notable historic spots that remain haunted by their history and have a past of paranormal occurrences. Our tour will end at the indomitable Haley Mansion where guests will be able to explore one of the most notable haunts of the region enjoying a cocktail hour on the terrace in a step back in time atmosphere enjoying wine and hors d’oeuvres. And yes, we’ll even bring our ghost hunting equipment. Busses/vans come equipped with audio/visual equipment where we will amplify your spooky experience. Weather and timing allowing, guests will be able to exit some stops for photography/videography and will be up close and personal to the sites that are beyond walking tour bounds. This tour includes: 3 Hours in Vehicle with Licensed/Trainer Storyteller and Guide in a van/bus with our partners at Joshua’s Worldwide Transportation, photographic opportunities, a themed cocktail hour at the Haley Mansion, appetizers/wine and an evening filled of haunted history. This exclusive is the only regional tour bringing you inside a haunted attraction at night and traveling regionally to sites that cannot be accessed via footpaths alone. A blend of history and mystery will allow you to experience the legends and lore of our region in a way that’s never been done before. Parking for the tour is available at Rocks 21/Inn at Mystic where tour drop off/pick-up will be. This tour will operate year-round on Monday through Wednesday evenings and as available for private tours. Pricing is based on a 20-person or more tour.
