About This Adventure

At Clearly Tahoe, employees can enhance their uniform with optional items like branded jackets and premium apparel. The process ensures clarity and fairness, requiring a card on file for borrowed items. Timely returns are crucial to avoid charges, making this experience both practical and essential for maintaining a professional appearance.

Summary: Optional Uniform Distribution Process – Clearly Tahoe

At Clearly Tahoe, employees may be presented with the option to purchase or borrow additional uniform pieces (such as branded jackets, PFDs, and premium apparel) in addition to their standard issue gear. Our optional uniform Distribution Authorization process is designed to manage these purchased or borrowed items to ensure clarity and fairness.

Initial Distribution & Confirmation Employees who choose to borrow optional uniform items are required to place a valid credit or debit card on file. Upon receiving the item, the employee is sent a confirmation message that outlines:

  • The type of item issued and whether there is an outstanding amount due in the event of non-return or if the item was purchased and paid in full (does not require return).

  • The requirement to return borrowed items to the HR Office or manager within 3 days of the end of their last scheduled shift, seasonal employment, or termination.

  • Notification that non-returned items will be charged at cost to the card on file after 2 weeks.

  • A note that failure to comply may affect future employment opportunities with Clearly Tahoe.

  • A reminder that purchased items are final sale and non-returnable.

Return/Card Hold Cancellation If the item is returned on time, a cancellation notice will be sent to the employee to validate that the hold is no longer applicable to this item. This message confirms:

Questions/Support: Employees with questions or concerns regarding their uniform deposit or card authorization are directed to contact clearlycrew@clearlytahoe.com for assistance.
