Hill View Manor is a historic landmark with a rich reputation for paranormal activity, drawing investigators since the early 20th century.
The manor operates under guidelines that respect the historic structure and local environment, minimizing any impact from investigations and visitor traffic.
Haunted Hill View Manor, located in New Castle, Pennsylvania, hosts immersive paranormal and performance experiences that blend psychic readings, live script readings, and science-led investigations. The venue presents multiple psychic sessions, including 25-minute readings with Brianna Herman, 15-minute readings with Bianca Rosenn, sessions with Evidential Psychic Medium Jessica Grecco, and 15-minute divination with Rev. Christopher Temple. Film-focused evenings feature live character events and on-the-spot script distribution with director Bobbie Davenport, makeup artist Nancy Whitfield, scriptwriter Elena Chambers (who provides copies of her script), studio executive Arty Blackwell, and lead actress Lana Starling playing Mina. The manor also stages Paranormal Science: Bridging the Seen and Unseen, led by Dr. Jay Blackburn in collaboration with expert Kari Danser, combining investigative technique, forensic perspectives, and a night investigation. Each experience emphasizes authenticity, direct practitioner interaction, and real-time storytelling. Guest interactions range from mediumship and tarot to runes, divination tools, and structured scientific investigation. Haunted Hill View Manor relies on named specialists with described expertise—psychic mediums, a Druid priest with nearly thirty years of practice, a nationally recognized medium, scriptwriter Elena Chambers, and a paranormal scientist—to create credible, varied offerings. The event formats are explicit about duration when provided and often distribute scripts on the night of performance. Located in New Castle, the manor serves visitors seeking spirit communication, creative film-role evenings, and evidence-based paranormal inquiry. Visitors can expect focused sessions, live readings, and investigative activities led by the listed practitioners. Advance booking is encouraged; exact durations and availability are listed per experience.
