A unique river overnight experience, glamping and rafting at its finest. This is a 3 day 2 night trip on the North Umpqua river with lodging accommodations at the Umpqua’s Last Resort. There are a total of two glamping tent options, the standard sleeps 2-3, the XL can sleep 4. Camper trailer for overflow. This multi-day trip offers a rare and unique opportunity to adventure off the beaten path in the heart of Oregon’s North Umpqua Forest.
Due to life jacket requirements, all children must be ages 6 and up, and are required to be at least 45lbs.
We raft "rain or shine" — Sun Country Tours is not responsible for any cancellations or modifications of trips due to weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen conditions that may hinder the ability for the tour to take place as scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any trip due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we cannot be responsible for paying any expenses you may have incurred, other than to refund monies due to you for the price of your rafting reservation.
Kids under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian at check-in. If kids will not be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the trip, they must have a digital waiver signed prior to the trip. Our Cancellation Policy is also attached to the confirmation email you will receive upon reserving your trip.
Wear clothing that dries quickly to stay comfortable during rafting and avoid chill afterward.
The physical activity and sun exposure require drinking plenty of water throughout your trip.
River levels can change seasonally; always confirm conditions with your guide before rafting.
Mosquitoes and other bugs can be active near the river, especially around campsites at dusk.
The North Umpqua River area has been home to the indigenous Umpqua tribes, who relied on the river for fishing and cultural ceremonies.
Sun Country Tours actively participates in riverbank restoration projects to preserve the North Umpqua's natural ecosystems and water quality.
