About

A short boat ride around the local ore jetty is where you will learn a little about what Whyalla is famous for. Enjoy cruising close to massive ships and barges that you will learn a little about how it all works. During cooler months be greeted by the local Long Nosed Fur Seal colony that visit a special spot and allows us amazing photo opportunities while enjoy their funny behaviours.

Depart from the Whyalla Marina boat ramps, head to the blue boat rides flag on the boat ramp elbows. Arrive approximately 10min before departure. Be greeted by your skipper with a short safety brief.

Car parking is available around the Marina car parks free. If you are towing a van or trailer feel free to use the Marina boat ramp car park also free, just leave the closer parks to the boat ramps a priority for boaties first.
