The day stitches together waterfalls, temple courtyards and a monkey-filled forest, ending with the sea’s last light at Tanah Lot where waves push and pull around a rocky shrine.

The tour is suitable for most ages, but there are steps and uneven surfaces—children and those with mobility limits may need slower pacing or assistance.
Tanah Lot is an ancient offshore shrine associated with 16th-century Javanese priest Dang Hyang Nirartha; Taman Ayun served as the royal temple for the Mengwi kingdom.
The area balances tourism with local irrigation systems (subak) and protected temple grounds—respect restricted areas, avoid feeding wildlife, and pack out trash to limit impact.
