The bus peels away from Salta at dawn and the Lerma Valley unravels — ochre hills giving way to sculpted red rock as the Quebrada de las Conchas dares you to look closer. Wind-carved amphitheaters, narrow throat canyons and isolated hoodoos appear in sequence; each stop is a photo pause and a page of geological history.

Each day includes several hours of driving between attractions; expect roughly 8–10 hours on the road with multiple scheduled stops.
Lunches are generally not included — there are designated free periods in Cafayate and Purmamarca to purchase food at local restaurants.
The Cuesta de Lipán reaches about 4,170 m; mild symptoms are common — hydrate, rest, and notify guides if you feel unwell.
A winery visit and tasting are included on the Cafayate day, but additional purchases at wineries or restaurants are extra.
