Join your Blue Dive Guide onboard the luxurious Tusa Dive vessel for the ultimate trip to the Great Barrier Reef. The vessel is surveyed to fit 125 people but only takes 40 other passengers to maximise, space, service, and minimise stress on the environment and wildlife.

Experienced divers can enjoy dive by their design. Photographers, or experienced divers can dive at their pace with no other disturbing your peace, rushing the group, or shortening the dive due to poor air consumption. Discuss your ideal dive plan & style with our expert guide to create the ultimate dive day on the Great Barrier Reef! We can accommodate experienced and first time divers so that you can spend the day diving together. Only by hiring a private guide can that be accommodated.

If you’ve never scuba dived before – and want to try breathing underwater for the first time – then the Great Barrier Reef is a magic place to do it. With the training, assistance and support of our very experienced dive guides, you’ll descend beneath the surface to explore the coral gardens of the biggest tropical reef system on earth.

Taking you quite literally by the hand, your Blue Dive private guide will navigate you around the reef to a maximum depth of 12m, pointing out some of the many exotic tropical fish species and corals.

Our barrier reef trips from Cairns offer a different perspective of the reef, with unique coral formations and a diverse array of marine life. Experience the adventure of snorkelling, diving, and sailing on the Great Barrier Reef with Tusa. The ship captain will carefully select the unique outer reef locations to visit for the day, where you can dive and snorkel with turtles, colourful fish, and see an amazing variety of corals. Dive into the turquoise waters and let the wonders of the reef captivate you.

The guide will provide comprehensive briefings, instruction, and surface training, ensuring a safe and unforgettable dive. Immerse yourself in the underwater world, where you will encounter a plethora of vibrant marine life. The diving expeditions visit two serene outer reef sites each day, handpicked from our private moorings based on prevailing conditions.

With top-of-the-line diving equipment and purpose-built dive vessel, equipped with spacious dive decks and easy access platform, guarantee a comfortable dive experience. In between dives, relax and enjoy snorkelling the reef, with snorkelling equipment included for all guests.
