The day begins with the engine's hum and salt-scented air as riders depart downtown Tulum, carving through low-rise streets toward the cliffs where the Tulum Ruins stand above the Caribbean. Guides lead a mixed group on e-bikes, scooters or ATVs along the Beach Road, where wind tugs at shirts and waves below dare you to look over the cliff.
