Embark on a unique truffle hunting adventure in the serene forests near Turin! Guided by expert truffle hunters and their trained dogs, you'll learn the art of finding these culinary gems. Enjoy a hands-on experience, connect with nature, and savor a delicious lunch at a traditional trattoria.

About

You will have one of a kind, truly authentic experience packed with fun and action! In the heart of the nature, you will be tuning into your senses to discover and connect with nature.

You will join me and my trained dog Gemma, and my highly experienced truffle hunter fellow Santo, and his trained dog Vasco to get an introduction to the magical and mysterious world of truffles. You will be exploring the art of finding these gastronomic treasures!


Includes

  • first we will meet in Turin and we will take you to our secret places out of the city in the forest.
  • we will give you an introduction to truffles, where they grow, qualities and rules about searching them.
  • we will be walking and searching for truffles, (white or black depending on the season) in the forest with the help of our beloved, talented dogs Gemma and Vasco.
  • You will actively take part in the truffle hunt, learn how to recognise truffles and how to dig them up
  • we will have a lunch in a typical Italian trattoria.

NOTE

Travelling takes 40 min to and 40 min back

Duration of the experience: approximately 2 to 3 hours for searching truffles .

September 21th -30th January white truffle

During the other months of the year we can find other types of truffles; despite all may and september first to september 21st where it is forbidden to collect truffles.

Possibility- You can buy the truffles collected at market prices

After booking we will send all the details of the reservation, as well as the location of the meeting point

If you wish to propose another day or time for the experience, send us a message and we will do our best to reschedule, or we can include one more experience for all day.
