With the food tour Trastevere and Campo de' Fiori you will experience the ancient history and Roman traditions. In the company of the expert guide you will immerse yourself in two of the most characteristic districts of Rome, Campo de' Fiori, the only monumental square in the city center that does not house a church, where at its center stands the nineteenth-century statue of the philosopher Giordano Bruno, here burned in 1600 because considered a heretic. You will cross Ponte Sisto, a bridge built to allow direct communication between the Trastevere district (and the Vatican) and the rest of the city, from here you can admire one of the most beautiful views of the city.
You will continue the walk through the narrow streets of Trastevere where you will feel the pleasant warm accent of the locals. Its many colorful and typical alleys lend themselves well to the walk. The neighborhood has retained its charm over time, there are still artisans, small traders and some traditional trattorias.
During the walk in these iconic places of the city of Rome you will taste some typical dishes of Roman and Italian cuisine, such as the classic Roman pizza, the typical supplì, rice ball with tomato sauce, accompanied by a glass of wine.
The tour will end with a sweet cuddle.
