All individual shuttles will utilize an Iowa State University marked vehicle and be driven by an Iowa State University employee.
All individual shuttles must be booked 72 hours in advance. For emergency needs within the 72 hour window contact Transportation Services.
Transportation Services reserves the right to turn an individual shuttle booking in to a group shuttle if necessary. If this occurs, the rider will be refunded the difference to reflect group shuttle pricing.
