Passenger transport FROM shore TO ship. Baggage allowance is the same as an airplane; 1 personal item and 1 carry-on item per passenger. Extra baggage tickets are available.

General seating shuttle rides must be scheduled by 3:00 PM the day they are needed AND at least 2 hours in advance. If you book online less than 2 hours before your scheduled trip time, you may not actually get on the schedule at all and this may happen without notice. There is a 2 person minimum charge for all general seating shuttle trips so solo passengers should be advised that they will be charged a second seat at the time of departure if there are no other passengers for that ride time. Failure to pay the additional seat charge will result in a forfeiture of their scheduled ticket without a refund. All trip times are subject to availability and may be delayed anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes depending on passenger volume, weather conditions or other factors. The captain will notify you in advance if there is a delay expected.

Arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and be prepared to depart at the time specified, the boat will not wait for you! There is only a short amount of time allotted for loading and unloading so have your items packed and ready to go or you will be left behind and not entitled to a refund.

Tickets are non-refundable but are able to be rescheduled by emailing info@s2skeywest.com, up to 24 hours before departure. Full refunds are issued in the event of a shutdown due to bad weather.
