Operated by Jistra Adventures · Premantura, Istria
When the Adriatic softens into gold, you push off from the rocky fringe of Premantura and the sea opens like a glass floor beneath your kayak. The transparent hull turns the water into a live aquarium: shoals of silver fish, sea urchins clinging to limestone ledges, and the slow drift of Posidonia meadows sliding past your paddle.
