  • Flight delays: if this happens to your flight or the flight prior to yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes.
  • The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status.
  • You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it.
