Learn to create traditional dishes like Chicken Tinga and Chicharron Guisados, all while enjoying a selection of beer and wine. Chef Andres Lynch is proud to present Chicken Tinga, a traditional Mexican dish with shredded chicken in a homemade spiced sauce. This NEW class will take you to Mexico and back and will be sure to level up your culinary game!

Please arrive 30 minutes before class starts so you have time to enjoy the beer & wine selections from our bar!

Class is 2.5 hours long

Appetizer: Chicharron Guisados (deep fried pork rinds simmered in a tomato based stew)

Entree: Chicken Tinga with Cowboy Beans

Dessert: Arroz Con Leche or Mexican Rice Pudding
