SUNY Niagara reserves the right to deny a business or person. To participate your business must be in good legal standing with New York state. Products that exceed the total THC limit of 0.3% are prohibited from sale and consumption on school property. SUNY Niagara campuses are federal property, which prohibits the use and possession of cannabis that surpasses the total THC limit of 0.3%. This includes all THC isomers, such as delta 8, and THCA flower. We will be reviewing businesses and displays at the event to be sure we stay within compliance of state and federal the laws.
