Sport Boat, Pontoon, and SeaDoo Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Refund Period

• Hourly rentals require 21 or more days notice prior to the rental (departure date) to receive a full refund, less the $25 processing fee.
• Multi-Day rentals require 45 or more days notice prior to the rental (departure date) to receive a full refund, less the $25 processing fee.

Cancellation requests after the above mentioned period are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Severe weather with lightning, heavy rain and or severe winds (this does not include mild weather changes like light rain)
• Medical emergency with a doctor's note for the renter and or immediate family member

Cancellation requests that fall under the above scenarios will receive a credit to use before September 20 of the same year (based on availability). Bookings after August 15 that are canceled will receive a credit valid till July 31 of the following year.
