Partez à la découverte du vignoble de Chinon, ses terroirs et ses vins. Après une explication détaillée des différents travaux au sein du vignoble tout au long de l’année dans les vignes du Clos de la Dioterie, entrez dans le cuvier dédié à la vinification des vins, assortis de ses piges en Inox et faites-vous conter ses secrets de fabrication. Pénétrez enfin dans le chai à barriques où repose notre vin pendant 14 à 18 mois et découvrez les subtilités d’un élevage réussi. Terminez votre visite par la dégustation de 5 vins parcellaires issus des différents terroirs différents du domaine Charles Joguet, dont le Clos de la Dioterie.
