Convento Cristo Tomar

O Convento de Cristo em Tomar, pertenceu à Ordem dos Templários. Fundado em 1162 pelo Grão-Mestre dos Templários, dom Gualdim Pais o Convento de Cristo ainda conserva recordações desses monges cavaleiros e dos herdeiros do seu cargo, a Ordem de Cristo, os quais fizeram deste edifício a sua sede. Património da Humanidade, classificado pela UNESCO

Castelo Tomar

A construção do Castelo de Tomar iniciou-se em 1160, pela mão dos templários, fazendo parte de uma linha de defesa contra as investidas muçulmanas.

Castelo Almourol

No âmbito da reconquista cristã da Península Ibérica, Almourol foi conquistado por D. Afonso Henriques, em 1129, que o entregou à Ordem do Templo
