Rates & Rental Options###

  • $160 - Weekday Rental: Half Day
  • $265 - Weekday Rental: Full Day
  • $200 - Weekend Rental: Half Day
  • $350 - Weekend Rental: Full Day

Weekday rates apply to any booking Monday to Thursday, whereas weekend rates apply to any booking Friday to Sunday.

Half Day Rentals Morning rental is from 9am until 1pm. Afternoon rental is from 3pm until sunset.

Full Day Rentals Full day rental is from 9am until 30 minutes before sunset, which is when the Park closes.

Important Information Entire party must leave the pavilion clean & exit the area by the end of the rental time.

Reservations are not confirmed until you pay for your pavilion rental and receive a confirmation email. Items in your cart do not confirm a reservation nor does it hold the pavilion for that time frame.


Rules + Important Details

By completing the purchase of this rental, you acknowledge that you are the responsible party for yourself and your entire party. You acknowledge that you and all in your party understand and will adhere to the rules and guidelines below:

  • Please do not park on the grass, sidewalks, or trails.
  • The rented time slot includes your prep and clean-up time. The Pavilion area should be left clean and undamaged by the end of your time slot.
  • Please note that a pavilion/venue appropriate to the size of your group must be rented. Additional fees of $2.50 per person may be charged if the capacity limits are exceeded.
  • Music must not be played loud enough to be heard outside the footprint of your event area. Music content must be family-friendly and must not include profanity or offensive or vulgar language.
  • No drugs or alcohol allowed.
  • No balloons of any kind, including water balloons.
  • No confetti or glitter.
  • No petting zoos.
  • No dunk tanks or water slides.
  • Any equipment or activities brought into the Park must be approved by the Sales + Events team and have obtained adequate insurance coverage. The insurance document would need to be summited to pavilions@shelbyfarmspark.com. Please be sure to add the rental booking number to the email subject or within the email. Contact the Sales + Events team for your specific request. This includes, but is not limited to, moon bounces, space walks, inflatables, or climbing walls. Failure to obtain written approval and required insurance will result in charges up to $500.
  • Any coal or burned material from grills must be disposed of in the Park provided fire pits, then spread out within pit to reduce any fire or safety hazards. Failure to dispose properly will result in charges up to $500.
  • At the conclusion of your event, please move all trash to a nearby trash can. Trash that will not fit in trash cans must be removed from the area and taken offsite. Litter left at the venue may be subject to clean-up fees up to $500.

No cancellations, changes or rain dates, and all sales are final.
