Adventure Tips

Check your fit

Use the adjustable components with provided tools to ensure the handcycle fits your body comfortably before heading out.

Plan your route

Victoria offers a mix of paved and gentle off-road trails ideal for handcycling; start with accessible parks and greenways for the smoothest ride.

Watch for wet surfaces

After rain, wide tires handle well but exercise caution on slick pavement and moss-covered paths.

Bring hydration

Even moderate rides demand hydration—pack water bottles or use a hydration pack to stay refreshed.
