At your pick up point in Lisbon, greet your private driver and board an air-conditioned vehicle destined for the beautiful landscapes of the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park. Home to some of Portugal's most stunning scenery, the 1-hour drive towards the natural park offers numerous visual delights.
Stop first at Cristo Rei, the monument based on Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro, and capture photographs beneath the outstretched arms of Christ. Also, capture some of the stunning views of the city of Lisbon: all the coastal area of the city is perceived from this sightseeing point.
Then, disembark at Cabo Espichel - an impressive former-pilgrimage site surrounded by natural beauty and seclusion - afterward, see the medieval Sesimbra Castle conquered from the Moorish. After a scenic drive along the shoreline and already inside the Arrábida Park, stop at Setúbal to feast on lunch in a typical Portuguesa restaurant. At Setúbal, the fish is always super fresh and the signature dish is fried cuttlefish!
Your next points of interest are the Azeitão villages: quaint hamlets dedicated to preserving Portuguesa crafts such as tile-making, ceramics, and Moscatel wine. At these stops, we'll visit a tile factory and the winery of José Maria da Fonseca, where you'll have the chance to do some wine tasting and shopping after touring the cellars.
Return to Lisbon via Vasco da Gama bridge (if traffic allows) and bid your guide farewell after being dropped off at your Lisbon central location (Hotel/Vacation Rental).
