About

Join us for an exclusive, up-close encounter with Downtown Aquarium's Bengal tigers! In this unique experience, you will learn all about animal training, big cat husbandry, tiger conservation, and have the opportunity to feed a tiger!

Please Note: Due to the nature of this animal, Guests will not have any direct physical interaction with the tiger. Specific tigers cannot be guaranteed but if you have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

During this experience, you will:

  • learn all about these amazing animals and what you can do to help protect their natural habitats
  • meet the knowledgeable animal care experts who care for our four tigers
  • observe a training demonstration
  • feed the tiger some of their favorite food
  • have an opportunity to take your picture with the tiger

Please Note: The interactive activities available that day are solely up to the individual animals and whether or not they choose to participate.


Duration

Your experience will last 25 – 30 minutes depending on the animal, your group size, and level of participation.


Rates

$120.00 per person plus tax for up to 5 participants, including children. Includes an All Day Adventure Pass, granting unlimited, all-day admission to the Aquarium Exhibit, Stingray Reef, and amusement park rides!


Policies

  • Group size is limited to 5 participants including children over the age of two and adults.
  • Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a paid adult.
  • Due to the nature of this animal, participants will not have direct contact with the tigers.
  • There may be limited access for service animals during this experience. Please call (713) 315-5112 or email AquariumHouston@Ldry.com to confirm.  
  • This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • This experience will occur rain or shine, with the exception of severe rain and thunderstorms.
  • Please be on time for your Tiger Meet & Feed. Late arrivals are not guaranteed accommodation.

  • Our new parking system only accepts card, no cash.
  • Downtown Aquarium reserves the right to cancel any program or tour due to animal health or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule you on a later date.
