WORLD PREMIERE A musical by Tom Cooper directed by Brad Powell In a men’s club for billionaires, Sharkey, an aggressive club president, manipulates the other members and seemingly world affairs. Two private investigators are sent to find the missing vice president, Sharkey’s son, who has stolen extremely dangerous AI from Sharkey, on the remote “newtopian” island called Homa. Although Homa is distinctive, it evokes traces of Brigadoon, Bali Hai, Camelot, La Mancha, and Shangri-La. Due to the seductive powers of nature, the two detectives fall in love and do not wish to return. Angered by the disloyalty, and threatened by Homa’s values, Sharkey seeks to eradicate the entire island but is met by unexpected natural forces that bring about one last chilling maneuver.
