Helicopter + Bears + Volcanos + Glaciers = The Ultimate Adventure!!
Embark on an unforgettable 8-hour adventure in Alaska, exploring bear country, landing on Mount Augustine Volcano, and touching ancient ice at the Harding Ice Field. With expert guidance, breathtaking views, and provided snacks, this unique experience promises to create lasting memories as you discover the wild beauty of Alaska.
Spend all day with us and experience everything we have to offer in one trip. Volcano’s, bear’s, glaciers all in one 8 hour day. We first head over to bear country on the Alaska Peninsula. There we will spend a couple of hours admiring these huge animals while your pilot/guide explains their behavior and habits. From the bears we head over to Mount Augustine Volcano which is part of the ring of fire. Provided the top of the mountain is free from clouds we will land directly on the top and for a short hike to look directly into the mouth of this active mountain. If we can’t get to the top we will land as far up the slope as possible to explore and learn about this fascinating area. Last but not least, we head fly to the Harding Ice field adjacent to Homer. There we will see and touch ice that has been around for thousands of years. There is nothing else like this in the state of Alaska. We provide the snacks, hip boots, chairs, gloves, rain jackets, and water to be sure you have everything you need to have an unforgettable experience.
