We have the best riding area in OC right in front of Assateague Island where you will see the awesome beaches, million dollar homes and boats and Assateague Ponies when you ride! Disclosures

These boats only hold a max of 9 people on a boat and a 1230 lb weight limit - no exceptions. This includes the weight of everyone on board and the items you bring on board, ex. Coolers, etc. When booking and filling out the paperwork you must identify the # of people who will be on the boat. To be a driver you have to be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license. 2 drivers max per boat.

We strongly suggest a driver who has experience driving a boat because you are responsible for everyone on board and responsible for any damage to the vessel or motor.

You must arrive 45 minutes early to have time to complete the paperwork and driver orientation. If you arrive late, your time on the water will be be reduced and we don't want that to happen, so please arrive early! Please allow enough time for parking. You can park in the white vinyl fence parking lot on the corner of Talbot Street & Caroline Street. If that is full you will have to park on the street or find a paid parking lot or park in the inlet and walk to us. Please see our parking map and location on: https://ocjetskis.com/contact/

All ID's & credit cards MUST MATCH what is used for the booking. If ID"s and credit cards do not match you will not be granted service and you will not be refunded. The person's who's card is on file for the booking MUST be present.

Renting a boat from us is a very fun experience but safety is our main priority. You can bring food and alcohol but please remember that the same rules on the road are the same for on the water. The driver and passengers are responsible for the safety of those on the boat and any damages caused to the boat when on the water.

Cancellations/No Refund Policy

Please note once you book there are no cancellations or refunds given whatsoever unless it is a case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances in which you will receive a credit or full refund. Please be patient with us..sometimes we cannot control a delay due to other riders getting in late or uncontrollable circumstances. Temperature, wind, clouds and rain does not constitute a refund. You agree to give us up to 90 minutes to allow for a storm to pass. Usually if if it says it's going to rain, it doesn't because of the winds that push the storms off shore.

But if it is raining hard or storming, it usually passes quickly. If you cannot receive full time on the water because of a thunderstorm or other unsafe condition then you will be refunded a proration of the time you could not be on the water. Decisions on weather postponements will be determined within 2 hours before your reservation. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Must arrive 45 minutes early or your reservation can be booked and you will not be refunded. If you arrive late, it will cut into your time on the boat. There is paperwork every participant over 18 years old must sign and a training of how to use the boat, so please arrive as early as possible to have time to complete both tasks. If you have little or no boating experience at all, your training may take longer than others and the training will be part of your reservation and count towards the hours on your reservation. Driver cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during entire time frame of rental. We reserve the right to administer a breathalyzer test to any participants. If breathalyzer test is refused by participant, no refund will be given and ride will be cancelled. Please note there is a weight restriction on each boat. If the weight is over the maximum weight limit allowed one or more of your group will not be able to ride and no refunds will be given. It is Maryland law and you could be fined and so could we. Please call In advance prior to booking if you are unsure if your party may not meet the weight criteria. At our discretion we can weigh all members of group to ensure the total weight of group is below the maximum allowed. No more than 9 people can be on the boat at one time. When booking, you must book with the exact number of people who will be on the boat and every person must be present when signing the forms. Only people listed on the manifest can be on the boat - people who are not listed on the manifest can not have access to the boat at any time. If for any reason you are not able to comply with any of these terms, please contact us within 10 minutes of booking to receive a full refund. After that refunds will not be issued for any reason whatsoever. All sales are final and you agree to use our facilities and boats at your own risk and you are responsible for any damages caused to the boat for any reason whatsoever.
