Behavior Passage may be refused if a ticket holder behaves aggressively or threateningly toward the skipper, crew, or other passengers.
Intoxication Intoxicated persons will be refused passage for safety reasons.
Damage Any damage to the boat or equipment caused by passengers will be charged to the lead passenger (the person who made the booking). This includes the discharge of an inflatable life jacket in a non-emergency situation.
