About This Adventure

Experience the thrill of paddling on the river with a variety of boat options, from single kayaks to spacious catarafts. Enjoy a complimentary shuttle and safety briefing, while immersing yourself in nature. Perfect for groups, this adventure promises unforgettable moments on the water, tailored for all ages and skill levels.

If your group is larger then 15 people please give us a call to complete your booking. We do not allow parties larger than 15 to float at the same time to protect the wildlife and the river experience; We can help with the logistics of breaking into smaller groups.

2 Hours - Full Day (6-8 Hours) - All trips must be off the river by 6pm. 


About

All Deluxe packages include a courtesy shuttle as well as dry bags and coolers when desired. Every boat rental comes with paddles and PFD's matching the number of seats. Your shuttle driver will give a short safety presentation prior to drop off. We have a minimum age of 10 years to operate a boat alone, and a minimum age of 3 years and weight of 30lb to ride our courtesy shuttle. Please bring your own: ice (for coolers), refreshments, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, and sunscreen. Feel free to leave insect repellent behind!

Please note when selecting your time slot:

Shuttles scheduled for on-the-hour (10AM, 11AM, etc.) will bring guests to Bates boat ramp. Shuttles scheduled for the bottom of the hour (9:30AM, 10:30AM, etc) will bring guests to South Bates boat ramp. Please view our "Things You Should Know" page for more details.

Canoes: Single Person Canoe We set up this single person canoe with a padded bench seat that sits you higher in the boat or with a lower backrest seat to feel like a kayak. The bench seat offers the ability to kneel in the boat and have the support against your back providing enhanced control, balance and power. Depending on the seat type you choose, this boat can be used with either a two bladed kayak paddle or a single bladed canoe style paddle.

2 Person Canoe We set up this double person canoe with a padded bench seat that sits you higher in the boat or with a lower backrest seat to feel like a kayak. 3 Person Canoe This 3 person canoe is set up with padded bench seats that sit you up on top of the boat. The bench seat offers the ability to kneel in the boat and have the support against your back side providing enhanced control, balance and power. This boat can be used with either a two bladed kayak paddle or a single bladed canoe style paddle.

4 Person Canoe This 4 person canoe is set up with padded bench seats that sit you up on top of the boat. The bench seat offers the ability to kneel in the boat and have the support against your back side providing enhanced control, balance and power. This boat can be used with either a two bladed kayak paddle or a single bladed canoe style paddle.

Kayaks: Single Person Kayak The single person Kayak comes with a low seat approximately 4 inches off the floor with an ergonomic backrest. This seat allows for a relaxed position with your legs stretched out in front of you. This boat is paddled with a double bladed kayak paddle.

2 Person Kayak The double person Kayak comes with two low seats approximately 4 inches off the floor with ergonomic backrests. This seat allows for a relaxed position with your legs stretched out in front of you. This boat is paddled with a double bladed kayak paddle.

SUP's: Regular SUP The Regular Stand Up Paddle Board is a fun, highly stable and beginner friendly option. SUPs can be comfortably used in a standing, kneeling or seated position. These paddle boards are used with long single-bladed paddles.

XL SUP The XL Stand Up Paddle board provides a longer and wider board for more stability. This SUP is a great option for larger people or for those looking for more stability. SUPs can be comfortably used in a standing, kneeling or seated position. These paddle boards are used with long single-bladed paddles.

PhatCat 2 Person R2 style Cataraft. Unique, social boat that has two paddlers sitting next to each other. Perfect for whitewater or mellow floats. Also works great with a young child or dog in the middle.

Slice 4 Person Cataraft. Unique, social boat that has up to 4 paddlers working together and sitting next to each other. Perfect for whitewater and mellow floats. Also works great with younger children or dogs along for the ride.
