About

Our Chocoholic Workshop is our most popular chocolate workshop and is a fantastic introduction to the art of chocolate making.

Cut, dip and decorate your own indulgent chocolate creations with the Chocoholic Workshop in Manchester. You’ll learn new chocolate-crafting skills and gain knowledge from our expert, theatrically-trained chocolatiers, which you can later use to impress your friends and family at home.

You will create a fabulously decadent chocolate shape and learn how to make fresh cream, dark chocolate ganache truffles. You can then bring all your tasty hand-made treats home - provided you haven’t eaten them all during your class.

What’s Included

  • Learn some professional chocolate making and decorating techniques.
  • Cut, dip and decorate your own chocolate creations.
  • Package up and leave with plenty of your own handmade chocolate treats.

What Happens On The Day

On arrival at your chosen location, you will be met by your guide for the day and be introduced to your group. You will then be taken through the process of making your fresh cream ganache truffles by your chocolatier, before getting stuck in yourself. Then you will move on to pouring out and decorating your own giant chocolate shape with a range of exciting techniques and toppings for you to go wild with.

You can then take your creations home - if you haven’t already eaten them all.
