About

This is the perfect tour for you. We are going to concentrate on the most important "must see" sites in Puerto Rico. You will get a tour of El Yunque Rainforest, Old San Juan (know the history and culture of Puerto Rico) and the caves.

Itinerary

You will be picked up at your place in the metro area (hotel, airport, cruise port, Airbnb, etc).

Then you will go to El Yunque Rainforest. Enjoy the view of Yokahu Observation Tower. Take amazing pictures of La Coca Waterfalls. Hike on one of our beautiful trails (you chose how much we want to walk). Get into the vibe of the rain forest.

If you want to swim on the river (optional), we can drive into Junglequi. After a short hike (~20 minutes) we can swim on the pristine waters of the rain forest. There is a diving platform and a rope swing. Bring your swimsuits, towels and extra sets of clothing.

Next, we visit the Maria de la Cruz cave, an impressive natural wonder with interesting fauna and flora.

Then we go to the town of Loiza, where we can get to know our Afro-American culture.

Next, we make our way into Old San Juan, the second oldest colonial city in the hemisphere. We can learn about our history, culture, architecture, politics, military infrastructure, etc. We might be able to go into churches, and/or the forts*.

  • The entrance into the forts requires a fee of $10 per adult.

If you get hungry, we can find a great restaurant (according to your budget). Puerto Rican food is amazing.

At the end of the day, you will be returned to your destination (airport, hotel, cruise port, etc). You will have experienced the best of Puerto Rico, in one day.

In other words, you will visit:

  • El Yunque Rainforest
  • Old San Juan (historic sites)
