Note to the cardholder: Online bookings and electronic document management reduce time spent at the rental counter and speed up the rental procedure. Ensure that the card used for prepayment has sufficient credit for the security deposit on the day of the rental. The cardholder is regarded as the rented Jeep's renter and driver. The name on the credit card used must match the name on the online reservation, the driver's license and insurance sent by email, and the electronically signed waiver.
Upon booking, promptly email a copy of the following required documents to sedonarentajeep@gmail.com.
Each additional driver must email the same required documents and complete a pre-arrival waiver as a driver, not as a passenger. (Forward one of the two waiver emails, or use the QR code at the end of your waiver to send it to them.)
