At the Winter Forest Asylum, a psychiatric ward in New York, all is not as it may seem. For years, innocent patients have been subjected to illegal, disturbing, and unauthorized experiments, and though the asylum has repeatedly denied these allegations, authorities are unconvinced. Raymond Jenkins, a former patient, escaped the primary conductor of these experiments, Ward 5, with the help of Nurse Betty, with the hope of stopping Ward 5’s operations once and for all. Now, Nurse Betty is nowhere to be found. Raymond knows that she hid proof of Ward 5’s activities within the asylum, leaving clues behind in the event of her disappearance, and he is determined to uncover the truth, but he needs your help. You and your team have been sent to find Nurse Betty and discover what happened to the patients of Ward 5. We are counting on you to save them all!
