A google classroom will be created and a link will be sent to the host once the booking is completed. This link should be shared amongst all participants as they must complete the google classroom and upload the design they would like to create into a rug. The classroom assignment should be completed 48 hours prior to the event/party. A gift card refund may be issued for any participants missing designs (NO Cash refunds are granted). 

We recommend all participants to arrive 10 minutes early to the Event. Snacks, Beverages and Decorations are allowed.

We do not allow BYOB. Tapville located within the mall must provide all alcoholic beverages

PRIVATE EVENT/PARTY POLICIES

There will be a $10.00 fee for any design changes 24 hours from the event time.

Participants arriving any time after the 15 minute grace period mark will receive a GIFT CARD refund (NO Cash refunds are granted). Removing participants must be completed within a 48 hour notice to receive a 100% Gift-card Refund Amount (NO Cash refunds are granted).

Participants removed past the 48 hour notice will result in a gift card refund for 50% of the total refund amount.  Ex) A $10 frame that is removed past the 48 hour notice will only receive a gift card balance of $5.00.

There should be at least 1 adult chaperone for ever 4 kids that are the age of 12 and under.

Customize your own rug!

Have you seen those cool TikTok videos of people making their own rugs? Well now you can make your own without the need of investing in a personal setup!

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn to use a tufting machine and other pieces of equipment used to make a custom rug. We recommend anyone with long hair to bring a hair-tie to avoid it getting caught in the tufting machine. The allotted time for this workshop is 3 hours and will cover the following:

1. Properly threading and operating the AK-1 cut pile tufting machine
2. How to Tuft A Rug

• ALL SUPPLIES needed for the workshop are included in the price.
• Frame Size: 15”x12” (makes rugs approx. 11inches in size)
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTICIPANTS must fill out The Liability Form
• Participants do not take Rugs home the same day. Rugs are ready for pickup or shipping in 3-4 weeks (1 month).
