What to Know

This tour is fully private for your group only. To reserve the service, a deposit of 325 USD is required, the rest will be paid at the time of check-in, by bank transfer or cash. For this activity it is important to be 30 minutes prior to your meeting time.

All customers must present your admission tickets, the credit card with which they made their purchase and an official ID that matches the cardholder, at the time of check-in.

It is required that everyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. Be sure to bring the ID of the minors if required. All activities are subject to weather conditions.

Guest are permitted to bring their own food and drinks on the tour Only in the services of 6 and 8 hours it will be possible to sail to Isla Mujeres

This activity requires an additional payment of dock fee; the price is 15 USD per person. Will be collected upon arrival.
