What you can expect

• Take your Jet Ski out for a spin with our amazing prices!
• Our experienced staff will give you proper hands-on training. While you are driving your jet ski, our staff will keep an eye on you to make sure you are operating safely.
• Jet Ski Cancun staff guides our customers out to a driving area that is 400 meters located in the lagoon. After your ride, you will be assisted back and helped to get back to the dock.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• It is mandatory to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation for customer check-in.
• Please note: If you arrive late for your reservation, you will only be able to participate in the activity for the remaining time on your original reservation.
• This service requires a payment of $20 USD per jetski prior to boarding, payable in cash at check-in (Dock Fee)
• Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable
• Pregnant women and people with recent surgeries are not allowed to do the activity
• People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
• Up 2 Pax per Jet Ski. Jet Skis seat up to two people. No additional cost.
• Maximum 2 people on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 450 LBS / or 225 lbs per person. For safety purposes customers sharing a jet ski will be weighed at the moment of check in to make sure that the weight limit per person is being met.
• Driver must be 18 years old
• In the event of capsizing a $500 usd charge applies.

Know Before You Book

• Our driving zone is clearly marked and measures 400 meters x 400 meters (≈ 437 yards x 437 yards or 1,312 feet x 1,312 feet ).
• For reference : This area is equivalent to ~4.4 football fields in size, providing ample space for safe maneuvering.
• Trained staff always on-site : Our certified instructors supervise all riders, provide safety briefings, and assist with navigation, even if you’re a first-time driver.
• Minimum driving age : 16 years (must be accompanied by an adult). -No boating license required : We provide pre-ride training and supervision to comply with Mexican maritime regulations.
• Zero tolerance for alcohol/drugs : Participants under the influence will not be allowed to ride.
• Not suitable for : Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back injuries, or severe medical issues.
• What to bring/wear : Swimsuit, sunscreen, water shoes, sunglasses, and a rash guard.
• We provide : Mandatory life vests and safety gear.
• Weather-related cancellations : Full refunds are only issued if the activity is officially suspended by port authorities . If you cancel due to personal weather concerns while the port remains open, no refund will be provided.
• Instant confirmation : You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
• Located near public transportation.
• Maximum group size : 2 participants per booking (ensures personalized attention).
• By booking, you agree to follow staff instructions and safety guidelines at all times.

Safety Rules:

• Cell phones, cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed during the activity for security reasons.
• If the parent is present and sharing the same jet ski anyone 16 years of age or older should be fine to drive as long as they have a proper government-issued ID with a birthdate
• Minimum age requirement to ride the Jet Ski is 10 years old
• People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
• Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel the reservation before 7 days of your experience and you will be able to get a full refund.
• Any cancellation with less time, arrive late, or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
• Changes are not allowed on the day of service or after the date. The modifications are subject to the availability of the schedule and day, you must notify us within a minimum of 48 hours to make the change.
• The provider reserves the right to delay or cancel visits in case of unexpected events impacting normal operations.
• Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.
