About

Tree To Tree Facilitators will create a personalized dynamic and engaging team building experience for each group. We can create a program from 1.5-4 hours depending on your time frame and desired outcomes.

Our facilitators will arrive on site an hour before the group’s start time to set up stations for the groups to maneuver. Each station will have a different obstacle for the team to accomplish together. The obstacles are designed as a puzzle that utilizes everyone in the group to engage in an interdependent format. No one person can complete the objective on their own so this puts the group in a situation where they have to work as a team if they want to complete the challenge. As a result the facilitator's role encourages a free flow of thought and challenges the group to discuss what is working well and what could work better as a team in their school, camp, sport or work life.

Our 2 most popular packages both start with 2 hours of Facilitated Team Building. If you would like to add on 2 hours of team play on the aerial obstacle course choose our Facilitated Team Building with Aerial Obstacle Course option. This package includes 2 hours of facilitated team building followed by 2 hours of team play on the aerial obstacle course for $95/person.

If the group is more than 20 people we will divide everyone into groups . The facilitator assists each team as they rotate through the obstacles.

In our experience, every group is unique and comes with different desired outcomes. We strive to meet and exceed their goals and objectives for the day.
