The factory offers a personalized one-hour Bakery Tour that visits “Grandma’s Kitchen” and the “Secret Recipe” mixing room, where guests watch talented bakers—described in tour materials as “Artists in Aprons”—craft cookies by hand and sample six flavors at each stop. Visitors receive guided commentary during the tour and multiple tasting moments to compare classic Moravian cookie varieties.

Both tours emphasize artisanal, hand-crafted techniques and are presented as interactive, educational experiences.

Tour descriptions highlight the factory’s emphasis on repeatable baking methods and on sharing the cultural history of Moravian cookies.
