Join us in Madrid's funniest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating, and drinking! Our professional chef turned professor will guide you step by step through some of Spain's most iconic tapas recipes that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass Cava and be shown your way to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have all the necessary ingredients and equipment to make 4 traditional Spanish tapas!
The cooking class portion of this experience allows you to dig deep into 4 traditional tapas and has been created for you to be able to actively participate in a very hands-on and dynamic workshop! Take advantage of our chef's knowledge and ask as many questions as you want because your chef is also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full!
Once you have created your tapas, you and the other guests will be invited into our private dining room, where all the guests will sit together at our communal table. You will not only eat the tapas made by you, but also 1 main dish and 2 desserts made by the chef, making this experience a 6-course tasting menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to enjoy the full guided Jamón and olive oil tasting before the workshop begins.
