Your tour would not be complete without viscerally experiencing what many consider the very soul of Taos – her phenomenal glorious wild backdrop. If you want to experience the local outdoor splendors of Taos, hear about the heritage and geology connected to this landscape, as well as witness her provoking artistic wild splendors, then this unforgettable active half-day expedition is for you!

Check-In Information

Meet at El Monte Sagrado Resort in Taos at 6:30AM and return to the same location at 8:30 am

What To Bring

  • Yoga Mat (we also provide mats and blankets to carry on our meditative walk)
  • Water Bottle
  • Layered Breathable Clothing
  • Warm Layer for Sunrise

Taos Elevation is 7,000 feet

At high elevations and in a dry climate, proper hydration and sun protection is a necessity. New Mexico weather can also change without much notice.

We recommend bringing:

  • Sunscreen & SPF lip balm
  • Hat and/or sunglasses
  • Layered clothing, including a light, long sleeve layer for sun protection and a rain layer (weather dependent).
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Water, water, water

This tour includes a guided yoga practice and mindful meditation with our Yoga Instructor..

Please note that tours need a minimum of two individuals to operate.
