Light fitness required: able to walk on uneven ground and run a few steps for takeoff.
Yes—most operators set a maximum passenger weight (typically around 100–110 kg combined with pilot limits and safety dependent); disclose accurate weight when booking.
Children can fly if they meet minimum age and weight requirements and can follow safety instructions; confirm specifics with the operator at booking.
Flights are weather-dependent; operators usually offer a full refund or rescheduling if canceled at least 24 hours before departure or due to unsafe conditions.
No—tandem flights are guided by a certified pilot and require only a short briefing; basic mobility to run a few steps at takeoff is helpful.

Stick to marked paths to protect fragile scrub and nesting seabirds; choose operators who follow local rules to minimize erosion and disturbance.
