Just forget about the basic taco, blah! This tour is about exploring taco culture out of the box. It's a culinary twist on tacos (and of course margaritas too!) Our Guide has discovered the best of Sarasota's secret taco spots and is ready to share with you.
These are unique and creative combinations that redefine and reconstruct the sacred taco journey, "Lettuce" enter a new world of taco aficionados as you enjoy the tales of Sarasota's surprising history and you experience 3 taco tastings, 2 margaritas AND a dessert stop.
You will be treated to the best scratch margaritas at two stops so remember, tacos and tequila play well together!

When: Tuesdays Start Time: Promptly at 3.30pm Duration: 3 hours Attire: Comfort casual, walking shoes (guests will walk about 1 mile on flat surfaces) Included: All food, 2 margaritas and restaurant gratuities; water is provided at each stop but guests may purchase alternative beverages separately. (Should you wish to tip your guide, you are certainly welcome to do so!) Weather: Tours run rain or shine! Meet your guide at the "Sarasota Deco" sculpture on the NE corner of Central Avenue & Main St, Five Points, Sarasota, FL 34236
Parking: We suggest that you park in the 2nd Street City Parking Garage above the Whole Foods parking. The entrance to the free parking for 1 hr. on levels 2-4 is on 2nd St. Parking is also available in the Palm Avenue parking garage on Palm Avenue. Please be aware that the City of Sarasota charges for parking there after 1 hr. The 2nd hour is $2, and it is $1 per hour after that. As the city is growing substantially, parking 'can' be an issue so please allow enough time to find alternative parking in the event the garage is full and still meet your guide at the designated time/location.
Please note that all tours require a minimum of 4 people. This does not mean one party must book 4 individuals, but that our total headcount achieves the minimum. We will notify you if we have not reached this capacity and will always strive to accommodate our valued guests!
This is a walking tour with several stops, so comfortable footwear is essential to enjoy the experience fully.
Though margaritas are included, it’s important to drink water before and after the tour to stay hydrated in Florida’s warm climate.
Indoor stops may have air conditioning, so a light jacket or layer can make you more comfortable.
