Adventure tips

Start early for light and spaceMorning departures offer softer light at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair and fewer crowds on the Bondi promenade.

Bring sturdy shoesIf you plan the Bondi‑to‑Coogee coastal walk (≈6 km), wear supportive shoes—expect stairs and rocky sections.

Sun protection is criticalSydney sun is intense year‑round—pack sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses even on cloudy days.

Communicate your prioritiesThis private tour is flexible—ask your guide to extend beach time or skip stops to match your interests.

Recommended gear

Sturdy walking shoes: Provides traction and comfort for coastal paths and short urban walks.
Sunscreen and sunglasses: Protects skin and eyes from strong Australian sun, especially on exposed cliffs and beaches.
Refillable water bottle: Stay hydrated during walks—bottled water is provided but a refillable bottle reduces waste.
Light windproof layer: Blocks chilly harbour breezes and is easy to stash in a daypack.
