Important Information

  • You can drive our machines to the trails from our location.
  • All rentals are street-legal and available for use off-road.

Terms and Conditions

  • All renters must be 23 years or older to rent and 21 years or older to operate a machine.
  • Operators must have a valid driver's license.
  • Passengers under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a guardian.
  • An $18 street legal/off-road tag fee is required and will be added to the rental cost.
  • A pre-authorization credit card hold in the amount of the chosen rental vehicle damage deductible ($3,000 or $1,500) is required for all rentals at time of check in
  • The renter's credit card will remain on file and may be used for time overages, damage, excessive cleaning, lost or missing equipment.
  • Our company does not offer or cover any collision damages, the renter will be responsible for the full extent of any damage that may occur while riding.
  • Renters are responsible for topping off the unit with premium (91) fuel before returning to the shop.

Please Note:

If damage to the tires/belt of the rental UTV occurs during the course of the rental, protection covers the cost of repairs or replacement of the tire/belt. Coverage for tire/belt damage is optional and can be declined if renting customer chooses not to secure the coverage. In the event that tire protection coverage is declined, the renting customer will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements to the tires/belt due to any damage sustained during the rental period. Damage to the rims or other parts of the UTV are not covered by tire protection and any repairs or replacements resulting from such damage must be paid for by the renting customer.
