Paella Perfection Class: Learn the art of handling seafood and crafting a perfect paella for your next party. Learn to pick the right shellfish and how to spot good quality seafood, as well as preparing it to perfection.
Wrap & Roll Class: Learn the art of crafting Spring Rolls, Veggie Sushi Rolls, and Temaki rolls.
Brigadeiro Making Class:
Learn how to mold these classic Brazilian caramel truffles in three flavors: chocolate, coconut, and matcha, all boxed up to take home and indulge.
Team Building Cooking Competitions In this standing, two hour, BYOB event, guests will be divided into teams and compete in an unmatched culinary competition. Utilizing an on-sight Chef, a loaded pantry, lots of creativity, and huge amounts of collaboration, each team will build and execute a meal that is both tasty and special.
Team Building Cooking Classes Each class will be led by a professional chef and designed for guests looking to expand their culinary knowledge. In these fun, BYOB, 2-hour classes, Chef Eliza will guide students to completion of a delicious new dish, provide knife skills and technical know-how, and recipes to take home. Crudité and homemade dips will be provided as a welcome snack!
