Sweden have a lot of excellent small local food producers producing special products for the area they live in and sell locally only. These are food products not found in chain stores or in Stockholm, with a special flavor and taste, beautifully set with small stores situated in the Swedish countryside. Visit several of these small local farms, countryside shops and food producers in the countryside close to Stockholm on this tour. This is a small group tour with max 8 guests joining and a slow tour meaning that we have plenty of time to relax enjoying the landscape and scenery. With your knowledgeable, locally grown up guide, you'll get the chance to visit some of his friends own personal private farms coming close to the ordinary farmers life in Sweden. We'll also visit some of the local producers of food in the area. Here in their small and cozy countryside shops you'll get the chance to taste unique local ecologic produced food. This food are made locally in, and for, the area we're travelling in. Some of the farm shops we'll visit will include products made from their own crops, we'll literary be on the farms they are made at. This tour also include a selected taste platter at some of the different places where you'll will try out the local cheese, meat, apple must, jam, honey, oil etc. If you find a favorite you will also be able to buy home some of your favorites if you wish to. Take your unique chance to get close to the Swedes personal life, visit privately owned farms and taste food from local ecological Uplandic food producers.

Hotel pick up included within 4km from Stockholm Central station.
