First and foremost, you need to be able to swim. Surfing is a workout, and a physically demanding sport.
We specialise in teaching from ages 12+with different levels of fitness and skill levels. You will have the opportunity to learn basic surf skills and ocean awareness and safety from qualified surf instructors.

Getting to the beach early ensures optimal surf conditions and enough time for instruction.
