O surf é uma atividade comprovadamente benéfica para crianças. Aulas indicadas para quem pretende aprender surf de uma forma divertida, interativa a acompanhada. As aulas têm duração de aprox. 2horas, sendo lecionadas com rácio de 1 instrutor por 4 alunos, para permitir acompanhamento personalizado e adequado ao nível de cada um dos alunos.
As aulas têm duas vertentes: Introdução: interação com aluno para identificar nível, expetativas e constrangimentos do mesmo; introdução às características da praia e do surf; e, aquecimento e trabalho técnico Surf – hora de ir e sentir o mar! Todas as aulas terão componente teórica sobre regras básicas de segurança no mar, como remar e posicionar na prancha.
