Where to meet:

All lessons and tours will meet us 10 min. prior to the scheduled lesson time at our check ins at the "Kahuku Sugar Mill" located at: 56-565 Kamehameha hwy. Kahuku hi 96731. When turning in off the highway it'll be the building directly in front on the right side of the bank. At our check ins you will see a gelato/ice cream bar with girls serving gelato.
Thats where we will sign waivers and suit every participant up in a rash guard. Bathrooms are out the back, we encourage you all to put sun screen on and bring some water for after because we will catch heaps of waves and 99% of surf lessons get surfed out from catching to many waves. (never a bad thing)

Attention: For safety purposes and insurance requirements, everyone 13 years old or younger has to take a private surf lesson due to Hawaiian waters and currents.

**ALL SURFERS will receive a free slice of our infamous "moms banana bread" upon returning at 12 or 4

Adventure Tips

Sun Protection is Essential

Apply reef-safe sunscreen before your lesson and reapply after to protect your skin and the ocean ecosystem.

Stay Hydrated

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated before and after hitting the surf—ocean sessions can be deceptively tiring.

Wear a Rash Guard

A rash guard reduces board rash and provides UV protection during your lesson in the sun-soaked waters of Kahuku.

Arrive Early for Check-in

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early at the Kahuku Sugar Mill to sign waivers and get suited up without rush.
