In the event of light rain or overcast conditions, this experience will still take place however in heavy rain or strong winds it will be rescheduled.
Arrive already wearing what you feel comfortable wearing in the water. We suggest bathers underneath your yoga pants and a fitted top. Bring a towel in case you go in. Please leave jewellery at home & apply sunscreen prior to attending. Hat and sunnies that are either tight fitted or have a strap so as not to loose them.
Wear fitted swimwear and yoga pants to stay comfortable on the board; avoid jewelry to prevent loss or injury.
Apply waterproof sunscreen before class and wear a tight-fitting hat or strap-secured sunglasses to shield from glare.
Classes continue in light rain but will be rescheduled if heavy rain or strong winds make the water unsafe.
Bring water to stay hydrated, especially on warmer days, as balance and focus intensify physical exertion.
